We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I change my order?
Once placed, orders cannot be modified, but we can update your contact or delivery details. Email us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — provided your order hasn't been dispatched and isn't engraved. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders over £1,000: Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, a partial refund may apply based on work already completed, as each piece is handmade to order. If you'd like a sample or guidance before committing to a large order, please contact us first.
How do I return an item?
To start a return:
- Email heretohelp@noir.design within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.
- Send the item back within 30 days of receipt.
- Once received, we'll process your refund promptly.
Refunds include your original delivery charge where applicable, minus any applicable return fee.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Every order is inspected before dispatch, but if something isn't right, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Send a few photos to heretohelp@noir.design and our team will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
How much does a return cost?
Returns due to a fault or our error are always free. If you're returning because you've changed your mind, the following fees apply:
- UK returns: £5.95
- International returns: £15–£30 depending on location — contact us for a quote before returning.
If you return your entire order, you'll receive a full refund including your original delivery charge, minus the return fee. Partial returns are refunded for those items and their proportional delivery cost, minus the return fee.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once we've received and processed your return, please allow:
- Processing: 3–5 working days
- Funds in your account: 5–7 days after processing
